After a wonderful fifteen month experience in Meadowbrook Family Practice, we have decided to open our own clinic: MEDIPRIME MEDICAL CLINIC.

This new space will be ready in January 2024.  We will continue to see our patients at our current Meadowbrook Family Practice location until December 31, 2023.  After that time, we will be happy to care for all of our patients at our new clinic location. As of December 20th, you can call our new number to book your appointments.

All medical information will automatically be transferred to our new practice.  For those who do not wish to remain under our care, there is unfortunately no capacity to be transferred to another provider at Meadowbrook Family Practice. You may seek a new provider, if desired, by joining the Division of Family Practice central waitlist at:
